Hall Pass Loyalty Program FAQs
- Earn 1 point for each $1 you spend in our restaurants, exclusive of gratuity, discounts, and redemptions.
- Points are earned on gift card purchases but not on gift card redemptions.
- Online purchases can’t be uploaded through the app because they don’t have a check number. Please email us at guestservicessupport@hallmanagementgroup.com with a copy of your purchase confirmation and we can add your points.
- If your account was established prior to November 2023, do not join as a new member - please use the "Forgot Password" link and have a temporary password sent to your email address linked to your Hall Pass account.
- If you no longer have access to that email address, please contact us at guestservicessupport@hallmanagementgroup.com.
- If your previous Hall Pass number was shorter than 16 digits in length, you will have a new Hall Pass number (Member Card ID) in the new platform.
- If you are a new member, a Hall Pass number (Member Card ID) will be issued to you with your first points conversion.
- Your transaction history won’t show any activity prior to 11/15/23, regardless of the age of your account.
- The restaurant staff do not have access to members’ accounts to add points. Each time you visit one of our locations, use the function “ADD NEW” in the app/web portal to input 4 details from your check: visit date, location, check number (numerals only), and the pre-tip amount (including tax) from the signature slip of your check.
- Checks must be input within 7 days of the visit date, using the date of the visit.
- Each new submission will appear in your transaction history as pending within a few moments. Each submission will be approved or declined by the system and your applicable points will be added to your account within 24 hours.
- Points do not automatically convert into rewards. Use the “CONVERT POINTS” function in the app/web portal. When you open this function, you’ll see the dollar value of your current points balance.
- You must have a minimum of 250 points / $25 dollar value to convert. You can convert any amount over the minimum that you have available.
- When you’d like to redeem your rewards in the restaurant, make sure you’ve converted your points to rewards then, at the end of your meal, give your server your Hall Pass number (Member Card ID) and let them know you’d like to redeem. They will then apply your available rewards to your check as a gift card redemption.
- Points and rewards do not expire.
- Must be 18.
- Employees of Hall Management Group and its subsidiaries are not eligible for membership.
